Tolga Hüseyin

Tolga began his career in accountancy working for Interoute. After 2 years working in finance he moved to the newly formed Traffic Management team where he was able to gather an extensive and detailed knowledge of the telecommunications market. The natural progression from there was into the buying team. At Interoute he was influential in adding many high profile PTT and Tier 1 interconnects. In 2003 Tolga joined Wavecrest as a buying executive and his responsibilities spanned across Europe and Asia building a network of suppliers that continue, to this day, to be successful. After 2 very successful years at Wavecrest Tolga moved to Band-X as the Buying Manager where his primary role was business development and management of a team that specialized in buying niche destinations. Having spent a lot of time with in country partners and working with them on a daily basis Tolga attained a unique understanding of the emerging markets which prompted first Rodcom, a niche supplier located in the UK and ultimately Verscom to secure his services. Tolga joined Verscom in 2006 and heads up the Carrier Voice team. Since joining, Carrier Voice has increased month on month in regards to its minutes, revenues and profits. Using his relationships, experience and extensive knowledge the evolution of Verscom Carrier Voice has been positive and he has been and continues to be instrumental in the growth of Verscom Carrier Voice. He holds an Honours Degree in Business Economics.

Gokce Bilyay

Gokce Bilyay, the founding partner of Verscom International and its subsidiaries, has been serving as the President and CEO since December 2002. Since that time; Gokce Bilyay has led Verscom International achieve healthy growth each quarter focusing on the EMEA region through several companies. With Mr. Bilyay’s leadership; Verscom became the leader player in the market; extended its regional reach to over 50 countries with more than 70 customers. As of today Verscom International operates 3 business lines focusing on different segments of the telecommunications market.
 
Gokce Bilyay is a young industry leader who has been successful in starting up several organizations within the telecoms industry as well as Verscom International. He started his career in Procter & Gamble after graduating from university as a young marketing team member. After 3 years; he started his IT career through a ad server start-up company based in Turkey. Within the same year he started a software development company focused on telecom and enterprise applications which still serves as one of the main application vendors to Verscom International.

Gokce holds a Bachelor degree from Economics from Bosphorus University; Istanbul Turkey. Gokce Bilyay serves as on the Board of Directors on 2 more companies from different industries. Gokce Bilyay is also a member of CEO-Collaborative Forum.
